The Brano Group a.s. has 10 factories across the Czech Republic and one in China. The company exists 160 years. Their main focus is the Automotive now. They are producing for most of the OEMs in Automotive such as Volkswagen, Skoda Auto, Daimler, Tesla and others. This complex environment, counting 2500 employees, was important to start moving into new age of IT, processes and markets. Those were our main tasks there.

Our work consists the parts of analysis, creating strategy, explaining the strategy to different levels of the management and help with executive or applying the strategy.

After more than 2 years we are still cooperating and Brano Group a.s. is partner of the OpenSource project Virtual Economy Framework – VEFramework
